To request approval for flyer distribution to our district families, please complete the form below.
Only flyer requests submitted through this form will be reviewed for approval. Flyer requests submitted directly to the schools will not be processed or considered.
Important information
- Flyers may be distributed digitally via district email broadcasts to families on a monthly basis
- Flyers may also be distributed digitally in schools using the ParentSquare platform
- Paper copies of flyers will not be printed by the district or schools
- Paper copies must be provided by the organization requesting distribution
- Copies are to be delivered directly to schools after you receive an approval email from Sedona Samaras in the Superintendent's Office
- Please indicate on this form if you require enrollment numbers for printing copies
Note: Paper copies are distributed only during the regular school year (September–June).
Flyers must include
- The name of the sponsoring organization(s)
- Contact information for the organization (phone number or email address at minimum)
Delran Public Schools does not approve the distribution of
- Materials for projects, activities, or programs that would publicize or promote a particular church, religious organization, or religious viewpoint
- Materials for projects, activities, or programs that would publicize or promote a particular political party, political organization, or political viewpoint
- Materials for events deemed by the district as not suitable for children
